RETURN POLICY

Place your gift order between October 1, 2006 and December 24, 2006, and the recipient can return or exchange the item (if a replacement is available) through January 31, 2007.


Gift recipients will receive in-store credit so they can keep shopping. Or, if the purchaser returns, they will be issued a refund to the original method of payment.
Packages must be postmarked by January 31, 2007 to qualify.
Purchase made after December 24, 2006 will follow our standard 30-day return policy.
Personalized products may only be returned if damaged or defective.

Easy Returns with UPS take the wait and worry out of returns with pre-paid shipping labels, easy UPS drop-off and online tracking. Just look for the "Easy Return with UPS " return label on your order summary, peel it off, affix it over the original shipping label. Then, just drop off your package at any authorized UPS delivery or pick-up location and we'll deduct the Easy Returns service charge from your refund amount. Learn more.
